We know this because our one friend's grandpa worked with him back then, and she knew the house from long ago. We have definite hauntings with full apparitions of the builder, smells of cig, and cigar smoke despite our abstention. I had hands touching me in bed on my back suggestively when I was alone in my room, and other ghosts have also been sighted and sensed. (175th apt. C )!!! This stuff is too real. I found out they are tearing this place down and I could not be more happy about it. That place is the portal to hell. There are more spirits in that small 2 bedroom apartment than I have ever witnessed.
