I have lived in Knox for three years. I have been obsessed with the paranormal forever! I have seen the old monastery for years and never had the guts to go there until recently. A dear friend of mine from the city came to visit me and we ventured through the land.
At first we were laughing and joking around. Then things got creepy! We heard voices and crying, people speaking in a different language.. We kept thinking maybe.... Just maybe...

It was our imagination.
So we kept investigating. The darker it got the louder and closer the voices seemed. The random cross sticking out of the back

yard was the final straw. My friend and I were following footprints towards the back of the woods and found the source of the crying at a cross sticking out from the ground.
That was our queue to leave! We actually caught a voice on my recorder saying quiet or they'll hear you. The rest was in some other language. I always wanted to go back..just not alone.

Comment by Marty: A group of us has been there a few times, we have gotten orbs, light streaks. We have picked up some weird noises, the most incredible thing we got was a picture of a head. Mother sitting in a chair with a nun standing behind her. It is a shame how some ignorant people have torn the place up.
