I lived in an apartment on E. Walnut st when I was in middle school. My little cousin would always say that a woman would come talk to him every night before he went to sleep. He would say that she would tell him bed time stories and sit with him until he would fall asleep.
About 2 months after him telling us about it we found out that my school councilors daughter had been murdered by her lover in the apartment next to ours. Her lover had accidentally murdered her and kept her dead body in the apartment next to ours for about 2 weeks.

After the 2 weeks he chopped her body into a bunch of small pieces and stuffed her into a trash barrel then wheeled the trash barrel down under the train trusses over wildcat creek and buried her there.

My little brother and two of my little cousins watched him bury her there and when they asked him what he was doing he told them cleaning up the mess you damn kids are always making. My brother had thought it was weird that the man was burying the trash so he went to the cops.
The next day the man who killed my school councilors daughter turned himself in. I will never forget that apartment for as long as I live!.
