I have since moved from the second floor to the first floor across from that very apartment. It was un-rented for about a year. Now it seems everyone that moves in that apartment moves out quickly. I have seen three families come and go in the last year which is very unusual for around here. Also late at night at 3 am or so my dog will run to the front door barking furiously. I'm brave enough to open the door, but there is never anyone there or anyone

in the hallway. I frequently see a shadow pass from my bedroom to the bathroom. She was a nice lady. I don't think she would harm anyone.

My friend and I were at the Treasure Mart on East Vail Avenue, and we were hearing things hit the wall and people whispering and such. We just thought it was the people in the antique shop, but it wasn't. There was a man there fixing the DVD/Tapes. We knew he worked there, so we asked him if he had seen anything weird. He told us that the door that said ''keep out'' opened, and he saw a guy standing up there, and he stared at him then closed the door. I went walking up the steps and opened the door, and I called my friend up.
She shined the flash light on her phone. Then I pointed to a direction for her to shine the flash light at, and we saw a shadow of a man on the wall, and it was moving. We even checked if there was anyone up there, but there wasn't and we even saw the shadow on a different wall. After the 2nd time we saw it we ran out, and the ''keep out'' door slammed shut behind us. Around 5 - 10 minutes later we were leaving because it was about to close. The man who told us we could go up there was talking to one of the workers and saying he heard whispering. He said he saw a man's shadow figure. We are going back on 10/18/14 to check during the day and talk to some workers.
