We've live in our house for about 15 years and about 5 years ago my father died in the house. Since then we've had many encounters. We have seen many different figures. Things would be touching us and things flying across the room. This is one of the 2 pictures we have taken. Look close to the left.

When I was in 5th though 6th my grandma and lived in a rather nice brick house in the Hamilton School District. Rumors had surrounded the place, I heard from kids at school that the house was haunted...

Possibly due to a murder where a woman had surprised her husband by waiting for him in the basement until he returned from work. After a bit he went to sleep and she emerged from the hiding place and stabbed him to death, several wounds were said to be on his body.
My neighbor across the street confirmed that the murder had indeed happened because she had been a resident for many decades. Well at least one of the stories surrounding the incident was true. Soon strange noises could be heard when in that basement.
I always couldn't wait to get the laundry done and would run up the stairs with the feeling of something watching me. Soon I began having nightmares and was awakened with my 4 poster bed shaking at the end baseboard.
