Comment by Not: Greendale Cinemas is a fairly new building and for as long as I can remember it was nothing but a field before that. While I guess it's possible to have stuff happening from things that might have been there long ago I myself am a little skeptical that paranormal activity would exist in this structure.
Just my opinion though.

I worked at Dearborn Co Country Club for four years and had many unexplainable experiences. They ranged from hearing footsteps to smelling rotting flesh. There were many nights I wondered the upstairs offices looking for the source of said footsteps to find nothing but empty rooms.
Whether you believe in ghosts or not you will have some experience if you spend enough time on the property. The original building had burnt to the ground and from what I understand through speaking with current staff members the presence is still very active. The story is that the original house was part of the underground railroad and a slave by the name of 'Henry' died on the premises and has never crossed over.
