Old Mayor's house outside of Lawrenceburg. Located at the end of hillcrest Dr. Sound of large man walking through the house in the middle of the night. Sound of ice cubes falling from an icemaker in the fridge but no icemaker in fridge.

A black apparition in bedroom and dining room several times that's stationary and dog stares at it. Shelves in garage had everything moved to one side by itself. Everything seems to have quit for the last few months.
Upon talking to several neighbors previous tenants have complained of worse happenings. Chairs being thrown doors violently shaking and coming home to the house being trashed. After doing my own research I found the house and surrounding land (which has been turned into a new subdivision) was owned by former Lawrenceburg mayor and longtime teacher.
He died unexpectedly. I don't think he died in this house because the current owner says he bought it 7 years ago. Would love to know more about this ghost but he seems to have left.....for now.
