As we went upstairs we checked every room, and there was no one in the house at all. We ignored it, until we heard a loud bang upstairs. We all ran upstairs to see but nothing, so this time we stayed upstairs. Then we heard and saw the door across the room open. We saw a dark shadowy figure in the doorway just staring right at us. We were still. We didn't move at all until the figure was pulled back by another taller broader figure, and the door

slammed. Then we heard a woman scream. We darted down the street to the party. No one believes to this day, but we all know what happened that night.

I grew up in Loogootee. There are a lot of haunted places in that town. My grandparents' place just outside of town in the country is extremely haunted. There's been a soldier seen there and a whole tribe of Indians walking through their property.
