I once lived in a house on Washington Street that was part of the Underground Railroad in Marion. It was busted, and I am unsure what happened when it was. I know there were several hidden rooms and hiding spots and even a tunnel in the basement that led to another home a few places down. We had a few people live with us over the years that we lived there, and we all experienced things.
My aunt and uncle moved in after us, and even they and their

children experienced things as well. A shadow figure stalked one of the upstairs rooms. Two little girls liked to play and giggle on the stairway in the
|
middle of the night. My dad's friend who stayed with us would swear it was us, and he even saw them on several occasions. There was an older lady who stayed in one of the downstairs rooms, and she liked to scare people and move my uncle's mother's dolls around. There was a strong negative presence in the basement as well.
There was a hidden room behind the laundry shoot in the upstairs bathroom that bordered one of the bedrooms. At night it
