In the woods up behind the houses on North Main Street there is definitely a spirit that roams the woods along the creek back to Lincoln Hill Road. I have seen it myself. I came home and told my grandmother about what I had seen, and she told me the story about how a man had murdered a lady there and hide her body in the creek. If you go to that creek in the fall, things happen. .
