Rick I know exactly what you're talking about the house had been boarded up for a while and has had several people in and out of there. As far as I know there has never been any ghostly encounters but right around the corner from that house several people two of them who are relatives of mine have encountered a young girl who walked up to them, and asked how to get to the club house on Cleveland ave and then would walk off behind the houses into the pitch black towards the club house which was a good mile walk into a wooded area with large ponds and then you'd run into an eight foot high fence that you'd have to climb in order to get onto the green and the continue walking to the club house.

The front door to the house your murdered girlfriend lived in opens up to that wooded area which is why I guess it was so easy for that guy (who they arrested after years and years of trying to find out who did it) to walk in and do what he did.

Unfortunately I don't know the description of your ex-girlfriend to compare her with the girl everyone sees.
