In the mid 70s we lived in a green two story house on a sharp curb right next to an old cemetery outside of Sharp Cemetery . I was about 4 years old. But my older brother had poltergeist type of experiences that frightened him.
I was also told witches were close by at the sharp cemetery. My mother to had ghostly encounters in that home and weird things seem to have followed us for years after leaving that place. Something evil in that part of Indiana.

seems to love scaring children with an strange presence. Whatever is there is more than just ghost it's something psychically witchy and evil.

I was told that there used to be an old rail road crossing on S. 5th Street by the town sign. Rumor has it that if you happen to be there on a full moon at 3:00 am you will hear a train whistle from the past.
You will also see a bright light traveling from where the track used to be to the other side as well. A friend and I decided to see if this was true. We went there and actually heard a faint whistle from afar, but we didn't see any bright light.
