First off I'd like to say that hauntings are real, but I don't believe in ghosts. I believe that all hauntings are caused by demons. They are evil lying spirits who often pose as the ghosts of the dead because they know that people are more likely to interact with a poor trapped soul than a powerful extremely evil demon. They feed off strife, fear, and negative energy. They haunt places where bad things have happened creating some kind of portal that allows

them to manifest.
I believe that people who seek out and attempt to investigate these things for a thrill are foolish and playing with something

that is evil and powerful. Something they can't control. That being said, I will now talk about my haunting experience in New Palestine. I lived in a house that I, my family, and other people believe to be haunted. The house is an old Dutch colonial style house one mile north of the railroad bridge on Bittner Road. We moved into the house in 1968 and were soon told by the neighbor kids that the kids who had lived there before had said that the house
