Comment by Dan: I grew up on the property behind the state hospital. I can vouch for anyone who says it's haunted.
Comment by Aisha: I used to work at the state hospital and I will be glad to go along. I have had many encounters with the paranormal. Also you may check into Goshen cemetery it also is haunted especially in old section.

Now I lived in Richmond, since I was there and I know a few places that have been haunted. The first was on Campbell ave. where I grew up. After my grandmother died her ghost haunted the house and kept an eye on me.
When I was 12 / 13 I was sneaking out of the house when all of a sudden a cup from on top of the cabinets came flying at me as if it had been thrown. I picked the cup up put it back where it was and ran back into my room knowing it was her stopping me.
The infamous Gorge where Starr Piano used to stand is haunted. I have felt several spirits in the Gorge and you hear the rustling even when there is no wind or animals and no one in sight. I have also heard rumors of the cafeteria of Richmond High School being haunted by a janitor as well as the haunted tower which occasionally has an apparition of a person who had hung themselves in it.
