This information is in regarding a small town west on S.R. 14 west of South Whitley. The town is named Collamer. Collamer has Eel River running through it. There are two reports of a ghostly male apparition walking on River Rd.(apparent suicide) also for those interested in cryptozoology green eyed Sam is said to inhabit the area.
Sam is said to be half man/ half ape creature. I am assuming sasquatch account. Another interesting point is that Collamer was an Indian ( Pottowattami) village.

Near where the old railroad tracks are on 400 S. At 3:00 am every morning you can hear a woman screaming. It goes on for about a minute then it stops.
