There have been people saying that at one set of rail road tracks there are ghostly children playing there and they just go away in a blink of an eye, and there have been sightings of a ghost train also. Comment by anonymous: The Shindigs is on Broad Street not Pook Road though the tracks continue down toward Pook Road. There have been many paranormal incidents on these train tracks.

Comment by anonymous: I live at the end of Pook Rd. We do hear children singing and playing a lot. Many of paranormal events have been accounted in the 10 years I've lived here.

In the 1980's, a man committed suicide on the South Whitley railroad tracks. A decade later, at nutritional research factory, a worker reported hearing the rocks rolling down the ditch. She walked outside to look around and saw a man walking down the tracks, and then slowly vanishing.
