The Dollar General is said to be haunted. I didn't believe it so I decided to check it out. I drove by around 2:15 am and heard screams coming from the store. I pulled in to the parking lot and shut off my car.
When I tried to start my car again it wouldn't start. Other people have reported having the same thing happen to them.

There is a ghost in Syracuse Lake. It is believed to be the ghost of a woman who drowned in the lake a few decades back. It was ruled an accident but it was probably murder. There wasn't enough evidence so it was ruled accidental.

The sightings started right after the murder and have been going on ever since. She's seen in the water. If you look down into the water she sometimes floats by under the surface.
