I was out late one night with a friend of mine. It was around one or one-thirty in the morning. We were driving around bored just after having eaten pizza at one of the local joint around Vincennes. We decided to head over to the monuments and gravestones belonging to soldiers and Indians and walk around. We checked out all the old statues and gravestones and began heading over to the large monument just passed the lawn. We checked that out and took in

the scenery of the place. Then we headed over to the old bridge that runs over the Wabash River. We stood nearby on a sidewalk and watched as the water
|
rushed by. As we were checking out the bridge itself, we noticed an object or something on the bridge. As we looked at how it swayed, we thought it was probably a large old flag that have broken and was just left to dangle beneath the bridge.
We decided to walk towards the bridge. Heading back to my Jeep, we further examined this hanging object. We both began to make out arms and legs on the object and concluded that it could possibly be a ghost
