of one who had hanged themselves years before or something like that. It caused my friend cold chills, and it began freaking me out in my mind. We began walking over the road that is connected to the bottom of the bridge, so we could crossover and get to my vehicle. We were now on the other side of the bridge, and as we each looked back under, it the object, or figure, was no longer there. It had vanished.
We don't know exactly what it was, or

if it was nothing at all, or if our eyes were playing tricks on us. We have never heard any stories about past hangings or anything of that nature involving

that bridge. But who knows, maybe we saw a ghost of a man hanging himself, or we saw random debris. But it too closely resembled a person. I haven't seen it since, but I may see it again someday. You may too if you go for yourselves.

I lived in Vincennes for many years and often found myself on the landing in the middle of the night. This has never occurred, nor have I heard any locals talk about it.
