The old Pete Thorn Building on Park Avenue is haunted. People have had experiences of being watched, doors opening and closing, and voices being heard, but nobody is around. I have been in that building for years. I grew up in that building. There has always been an uneasy feeling ever since I can remember. You always have a sense that you're being watched. It's pretty nerve wracking.
Supposedly the story is there's a woman in all red

with a red hat that used to appear late at nights, but for awhile the building hasn't been as active until one night. I was upstairs in the senior part

and had gone into the kitchen. The cabinet doors had been opened which I paid no mind to. I shut them and went along with my business. A little while later I went back to walk around that area. Not only were the top cabinets back open, but the bottom ones were wide open when I know for a fact they were shut.
It freaked me out, so I went downstairs to tell the people I was with what had happened. Then I all of a sudden I heard a loud moan or somebody
