I have seen the much talked about ghost at the Greenup Street water tower. I like many other people thought it was just a silly story made up by some kids but I can tell you that it's all true. There is a ghost under the water tower.
I was just passing by and I saw him. A man standing under the water tower looking very strange. He was just staring blindly forward. I thought there was something wrong with him so I kept looking at him and then he suddenly

vanished into nothing.
He was just gone without a trace. The stories are true. There is a real ghost there.

Comment by Kirk: Wow. I have lived here on Greenup Street in Alexandria KY most of my life of 57 years, and the water tower is in my front yard. I never saw or heard anything about a ghost.
