I was fishing at Elks Lake in Ashland, KY around 6 am one morning. I threw my line in, and within second I heard something across the lake. When I looked I saw an older looking man with a top hat. The only way to explain who he looked like was Abe Lincoln with regular pants. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, so I didn't blink (considering I was not a believer.) When I finally blinked he was gone. It looked as though he was running from someone and was really scared. To this day I can't explain it!.
