At the amphitheater down by the river right at about sunrise there is sometimes a figure appearing on the stage for a very brief moment. You can't really tell much detail except that it's a human form.
The figure appears and disappears within seconds. I don't know what exactly it is, I don't know if anyone knows. Some type of ghost obviously but what exactly. I have tried to take a picture of it but nothing shows up in the picture.
