Sometime ago I was going fishing at Herrington Lake. I left my house around 3:30 am. As I was driving along I saw a young woman standing beside the road. She had sandy blonde hair with a ribbon and was wearing a blue dress and she seemed to be in some sort of distress.

The first thing that entered my mind was why is this well dressed young lady doing out here alone in the dark in the middle of nowhere at 3:30 in the morning. As I drove by her.... well... she just vanished.
I have been trying to find out who this young woman is. If anyone has any information please post it. Thanks.
