I lived on Howell Street in Covington for over 20 years in the same house which was a 3-story building. I lived there as a baby on the third floor, and we moved when a girl on the second floor started a fire which completely destroyed the second floor, but only minimal water and smoke damage to the first and third floors. Years later my dad moved into the first floor, and he lived there for about 17 years before I moved into the third floor with my wife

and kids.
We never had any kind of experience in the first floor, but when we moved into the third floor things immediately started happening.

We would see and hear cabinets and doors opening and closing. Coins, mostly pennies would roll across or bounce on the floor. One day in the middle of the afternoon my wife and I were in the kitchen sitting at the table, and the only ones in the entire building at the time when we heard what sounded like a 600lb man stomp up the stairs. When I went and looked, nothing and no one was there.
