Black Mountain Elementary, they say it's haunted and I do believe it is, students and other people hear kids laughing and running up and down the halls. Also they hear noises in the girls' locker room and the lights go on and off when people are in there. Most people from here (in Evarts) say it's just a story made up a while back by some students, but when people do witness it it happens every 3 years to the people that are witnesses. And sometimes

if they like you every year, that happens but just to certain people.
Some have graduated and it never happened to them!.

By the Dairy Hut up in Evarts there was once a lady going to see her boyfriend while married so of course she was cheating, she got in a car accident and died, never got home. So now if you drive by there around 12:00 to 12:30 you will see her in the back seat of your car.
