When I first took this job, I was told that there were ghost sightings very often in the building, especially by my predecessor who was apparently terrified more than once.
All I know about the history of this place is that it used to be a club, and that there was more than one shooting in the building. Personally though, I think there must be something else going on... Something older.

We moved into the new Lee Park 2 story home about 2 years ago and after living here for a year strange things started to happen. First we heard footsteps upstairs in the middle bedroom, then our dog started barking into the front room even though nothing was there.

At least once a week he is just standing in the hallway barking at the front room and is not going into it. Then one night while we were sitting in the living room it sounded like someone was unlocking our front door; sounds just like when my husband is coming home but we checked and there was nothing there either and the door was locked still.
The other night we were watching a movie and all of a sudden there was this scratching sound in the wall next to our head. 2 days later the vertical blinds we have started shaking behind us even though there was no door open or the AC on that might have caused this.
And to make it even more strange when I was working on the computer the other night I thought I had seen someone standing next to the sofa. So I blinked again and there was nothing; but I could sworn that there was somebody standing there ! I also really truly believe there is something in the house that cannot be explained or it's a deceased family member that is trying to get in contact !.
