Comment by MJ Ford: My husband was stationed at Fort Campbell for four years, and the whole time we were there my daughter and I used to clean for housing. There's so many unbelievable stories I can tell you about the ghosts in every housing area. Where you live at practically every houses around you are haunted. The Woodlands PV Hammond Werner, etc., are full of ghosts. If you feel uncomfortable, just tell them to leave. They usually leave when you tell them.

Well I believe this story because there was a night during training on the back 40 at the eib land nav. site. We were doing night land nav and a team mate and I was strolling along in the woods searching for a last point.

As I was shining the light down the trail I though I heard other peoples voices off in the distance, so I shined the light a little ways ahead of me and saw a tall skinny man dressed in what seem to be a formal suit or something.
So I called for my partner and asked ''hey did you just see that guy bolt across the trail'' and he answers ''quit bulls**tt*** so we can find this point and get back''. Well as he thought we were getting closer to our point we turned off the path and went into the woods a little big.
I tripped over something and shined my light down to see what it was. I was a frigging grave site. My hairs stood up because I just saw a ghost. Well a few days after I asked my buddy why are there so many grave sites on Ft Campbell, and he tells me is used to be a camp of some type. That pretty much sealed the deal with me.
