I've never seen anything like that in my life. I avoid that area entirely. Not saying what it was I saw, but I listen to my mama now when she says stay away from a place.

I lived on 8th Avenue back when the Armor Center was there in the late 80s early 90s. I was in the house half way up the street. My kids would go out back and play at the park. I never saw anything strange, except the house across the way always had people moving out of it. My wife was friends with one of the ladies that lived there, and she said she didn't like visiting that house. It seemed like she always had bad dreams after visiting.

She went over one night for a night of games and gossip, but she came home early crying. She said the lady who lived there told scary stories of the house being haunted and how she couldn't sleep. She said she told stories of the burnt soldiers from that accident back in the day. They would be in her house and in her dreams. (By the way that accident isn't much of a secret. A truck crashed, and soldiers got killed because they were trapped in a fire.)

I told her to not go over there again and just have her friend come over here. She did, but Army life had another family move in and that was it. I heard about some bad stuff happening, but during that time it seemed pretty normal to hear about someone going crazy or a suicide. Yes, it seemed that house had more than it should have, but I'm not saying that makes it haunted. .

I am terrified. I live on 8th ave in the middle house. I've read these stories and fear for my life. I ''seen'' things right at the corner of my eyes I've cleaned and cleaned but the house always smells like burnt pork. Things fall off the walls and my cat goes in the basement and just stares and cries.
