And two times we were watching TV and it changed by itself as we were sitting there.... And if we leave the TV on all night... It is always off in the morning. It never happened at any previous houses...

In central ft. Thomas there is a house that is very haunted. Occupied by one family from 1904 through 1983 it was during that time the hauntings were benign but well known by the family. One bedroom in the house was the primary source of hauntings and the paranormal activity was so common that room was shut in the fall and not used again until the spring.

These paranormal events took the form of: - heirloom lingerie being removed from drawers and laid out on the bed. - 1880's era religious texts being removed from the bookcase next to the bed and opened then laid face down on a turned down bed.
- drawers being opened and close and an armoire also being repeatedly opened and closed. The house was sold following the death of the last remaining family member wishing to live in the home and it was completely renovated by the new owner.
The haunting went from being benign to active and frightening. The events included: - the lady in the window (apparition) - the lady walking up the stairs (apparition) - elvis has left the building (after his paint can was moved off a table and onto a newspaper by a tidy ghost) - ''please leave my home.
