I was as raised in opossum hollow up next to shields. They said a man had his head cut off at the entrance of the coal mines. I was always afraid to go home after dark because he was sitting at the mines holding his head in his hand supposedly some people had seen him I never did because I ran so fast past the mine and didn't look.
