We lived in a house on Hamilton Ave. for 3 years which was very haunted. We would see a shadow walk from the bathroom through the kitchen and turn into the middle bedroom. When we were not in the kitchen we would hear the very distinct sounds of dishes and groceries being put away.
Items would come up missing then sometimes reappear. If my son slept with the bedroom door closed / light off by morning the light would be on and door open. However if he at least left the door open than it would be fine.

The activity was very regular and started the second day we moved in. After we left the owner went through 7 renters in 6 months before finding someone else who finally stayed. We didn't leave due to the hauntings.

We became used to it. Also I have had countless experiences my entire life. Before that home we lived on Turner ave in a house which had activity. We heard voices whistling and music. Odd enough the silverware would disappear and reappear.
For example: the spoons would disappear except for one, then they would be back, but then the forks would be gone. It would alternate back and forth. We had other items disappear then appear in odd places.
Currently we live in a home on Danville St. We see a ghost cat on a regular basis. We have seen and heard a man too. Items have moved on their own also.
