The ghost on Hurt Lane! Cabin on that road.... There's always a dark haired woman ghost out in the front yard. I've seen her a few times.... Especially if it's warm. It looks like she's trying to plant flowers or something, always in the same spot- middle of the front yard about 20 ft. from the porch.
She will look up as we pass and she will wave! I don't know but I was told that a lady used to live there and passed of lung cancer in the late 90s. I don't remember her name but they say she was very kind giving and loved flowers! Maybe it's her...

A girl was sick and she would look out the window and every time she did the would be a car crash. So they shuttered the outside and borded the inside.

Comment by Jane: Well Katie, I was told she saw her lover coming home from the Civil War and was killed just on the other side of the road in the field.. She was so heartbroken she hung herself. ----believe it or not.
