Right in front of the post office is a haunted electric pole that has a history. I know it sounds silly, an electric pole with a history but here is what happened. A burglar had broken into a home nearby and stolen some jewelry.
He put the jewelry in his sock and tossed it up on the pole where it stuck to the wires up there so he could retrieve it later in case the police figured out it was him so he wouldn't be caught with the loot.
He came back

a few nights later and climbed up but fell down and died. Ever since then a shadow can sometimes be seen climbing up the pole.
