for weeks. It got to the point to where I was afraid to go to sleep. When I told my mother and father about the dream, and about being afraid my father mocked me. My father always had this ''I am a tough man'' disposition. I felt I had to be a small man all the time. the dog year round, and did all my school work. When I said something that was displeasing to him all he had to do was give me this look, and shake his

head, and I would never talk about it again. I went to sleep having this dream night after night without saying anything about it.
Then one night something happened. I was expecting to have the same dream again. I had become used to it, and it did not bother me as much anymore. However, this night the dream was different. My mother was standing beside me with her arm around my back, and we were watching dad tear out those old closets that were next
