In 1963 man named Ed Pringle crashed his car at the main intersection on his way through town. He seemed OK and he was able to continue his journey with his car a bit banged up but still drivable.
But he had internal injuries that killed him a few hours later. His ghost returned to the intersection where he had received his deadly injuries and has been there ever since 1963. Sometimes when you drive through the intersection he flashes in front of

your eyes.
If you see him don't worry you're not crazy, it's just Ed's ghost.
