Ever since then every time I walked down my old houses hallway from my living room to my bedroom I heard his little footsteps follow right behind me and I felt him grab ahold of my shirt. I will tell the rest of my goustly encounters later.

I have lived in Mount Sterling for years and have frequently explored the night time for paranormal activities. Not once have I've seen anything as vivid or disturbing as the stories featured in this article.

However, I have seen quite a bit of orbs and apparitions. Nothing frightening or threatening. All apparitions seemed to appear like normal people, not bloody and battered figures. I could be wrong, but my guess is that the above stories were created by a very imaginative mind.

However, Mount Sterling does have quite a bit of history and quite a bit of old spirits still clinging to the land. If you would like to be in among real spirits, I would suggest the old Indian mounds.
But treat the area with respect or you may come home with a dark chip on your shoulder.
