I have no real sightings from Newport just awful feelings for good reason. As a kid me and my cousin Davy ran the streets of Newport. Being bad as most kids do, we used to walk the railroad tracks, and hang out in different spots off them. One is a landing pad under the Newport railroad bridge to the right of the bridge. About midway there is a ladder leading down to a random concrete pad over the Covington side and directly under the tracks, no clue

why it's there.
Another place was the wood factory where we would steal their pallets and make club houses in the woods behind the factory regardless

of how many times someone tore them down or bums tried to take them over. The last was behind the right side of Bobby Mackeys by the river. There's an old rope there where we would swing out into the river. This was in 94 or 95, before everyone thought the place was haunted.
Most of the time we were with friends and there during the day, but one time we decided to stay late. It was probably around eight or eight thirty when we were walking back
