What ounce of proof is there that pearl Bryant's head was dropped off at that night club. Bobby Mackey is just using this to draw attention to his club. I have studied this murder case for years, way before Mackey thought up this gimmick.

I own the house and land where this happened. Early newspaper reports and other documentation, still in the Newport, KY. Courthouse says differently. A carpet bag which was used as evidence in the trial, is still there also.

The two men took the bag with the head in it back to Cincinnati where their dental college was located and burned it. In those days dental students worked on cadavers, and this furnace was made to burn human remains.
This bag still has the blood stains on it. .

If you read the old KY Post articles one reads that blood hounds tracked the killers to the well that is under Bobby Mackey's nightclub. I don't even see any mention on here about Bobby Mackeys nightclub being haunted.
