Nortonville City Hall which was formerly an elementary and high school is haunted by a former student called Henry and other ghosts we haven't identified who they are yet. The school was built by the WPS in the 1930s.
People have visual sightings, weird smells, heard whistling conversations, and been touched. When toys especially balls of any size are placed in certain areas of school they will be moved.
