I had lived in the apartments in Thelma for three years, and the whole time we lived there was horrible. It started out in the two bedrooms in the front. I almost instantly started feeling watched. My daughter would talk about a big man that would scare her in her room. Then what happened next had us all on edge. My husband had forgotten his wallet in the apartment and had gone back in to get it. Then he saw a woman sitting in our rocking chair just looking

out our window.
A few weeks later the lady that lived next door to me told me that when she had taken her garbage out there was a man standing

in my living room window just looking out. She said she thought we were home, but we weren't. The next time someone saw something was when I was sitting outside smoking. A good friend was out walking and stopped for a second just to chat, then he said ''Billie, there are something behind you, and it's black''. I almost passed out. It's the same thing that we all have seen.
We move apartments thinking that would help. No, it didn't. The first
