I have seen a girl with dark hair in an older off white cotton dress. She has her head her head held down. When you glance at her she moves toward you moving weirdly showing her neck which appears she was hang by a rope with blood on her neck. This is at the Thelma Apartments.

Comment by Anonymous: Others have been seeing this girl/young woman in a dingy old off-white dress. She has been seen standing or staring at people. If you notice her making eye contact or can see her, she seems to come towards you. There has been shadows in pictures that people have taken in the apartments. I remember once I saw a picture of a shadow in the playground in the back of the apartment.

I live in Thelma. I moved here 2 year's ago. My daughter is 2 and she see something in our apartment in the hall way. She will be playing and break out in a run crying. Telling me she saw a man. It's happening now on a daily basis. We feel something watching us and standing over us as we sleep.

Comment by anonymous: There are a lot of things that happen here in this apartment building in Thelma. My daughter is in her 20s; they had stayed the night with us she saw a lady with long brown hair and no face in the hall way.
Me and my son have woken with scratches in the middle of our backs and necks. My son was in the living room playing his game. I went to my bedroom and sat on the side of the bed and the door slammed. It scarred me and I covered my head. Sometimes when my son turns the game off and goes to bed it comes back on.
