There is an old white house with a wrap around porch in Williamstown, KY on the 500 block of Main Street. It was used to hide runaway slaves years ago. It is said there are several spirits of slaves who died under the home. People say they burn candles to keep the odor of death out of the top floor. Shadows are seen in the old rock walled cellar where they were places to hide the runaway slaves.

I have heard the stories about Willow Wood Lane in Walton Kentucky too. I think it is 1x Willowood in Walton, Kentucky that is said to be haunted with footsteps heard at night and doors and cabinets opening on their own. People say they hear voices at night and can see shadows moving when the home is dark. Supposedly someone used a Ouija board there and conjured up zozo. Children and animals are said to see someone or something inside the home at night. I heard the thing there comes at night around 3:33 am.

Comment by Chet: The house on Willow Wood Lane is not 1x. A family with two small girls moved in a while ago and recently had a baby boy. People in the area who know about this place are waiting to see if this family has any paranormal experiences. Time will tell.

There are more haunted places in Walton, KY too. I know of a home on Willow Woods in Walton that has a scary history. Several families have moved in, and everything is good the first few months. Then things begin to happen such as cabinet doors, bedroom doors, and closet doors opening on their own. Dishes, books, and other items fall off counter tops by themselves. Then people hear whispers and see shadows moving in the home at night. The families that have lived there say something wicked is there. Makes one wonder about the history of the land surrounding this home and others on this street as other people on this street say they hear voices whispering to them.
