He said his grandmother spoke about that brand being her favorite when she was younger, and that the brand was very big in the 50s. Anyway Mike walked back to let the old lady know that we didn't carry that brand, only to return about five minutes later very confused. He asked if we, Sarah and I, saw her leave. We didn't. Mike walked the floor again and returned laughing a little and holding out his arm showing us that the hairs were standing on end!

She was gone.
While Mike double checked the store, looked in the stockroom, and knocked on both bathroom doors. Sarah and I checked the security

camera and didn't see anyone else in the store. Meanwhile Mike went back to where he had spoken with the lady and asked if he could see us over the radio. We could see him and see he was alone. Mike held out his hand said the air was icy cold to the touch.
About an hour later, while Sarah was at the register and Mike was taking a mini break outside, Sarah heard one of the plastic bags shaking, and she saw it slowly open itself on the rack.
