The fire alarm has gone off many times without reason as well. The building is barely one year old, and the building inspectors can't find any problem with the system, resulting in the alarm in the backroom sounding off constantly for four months now.
Rumor is that the building was built atop of ancient Indian tribe grounds. Whether there are any bodies buried on the land I don't know.
