Ghost Trestle has been known to scary things. Even once during the daytime. I was going under the bridge, and my phone turned off, and I had it on ''never'' auto lock. The story about the man who died in a fire and a mother and son being hit by a train are true. And it is very eerie even during the day but especially at night at around midnight.

I live on a 200 acre farm in the Rolling Hills outside of Adrian MI. I take a remote two Lane road to get to Adrian for all of my necessities at least twice a week. I remember this as though it happened yesterday although it happened 4 years ago.

It was late Nov. And I was returning from Adrian with the cab of my pick-up full of essentials. The days were short with dark coming around 5 pm. I was in a rush to get home for supper but the weather was not co-operating.
I was caught in a heavy sleet and the roads were becoming ice crusted. I was approaching the crest of a hill when I hit a patch of ice that sent my truck into a tailspin careening me into the opposite Lane of traffic.
The last thing I remember seeing were the headlights of a semi coming toward me. I dove for the floor of the front passenger side and at that point I felt my pickup being lifted off the ground.
