One (and only one) of my dogs followed something around my house over the course of 10 consecutive nights approximately 11:30 pm nightly. She looked up toward the ceiling seemingly tracking something with her eyes, following it room to room and slowly wagging her tail as if she had a new friend.
On the last day she didn't seem to see anything, but at the 'usual' time I saw a middle aged man in what appeared to be a railroad type uniform standing

at the top of the stairs. He had a hat which was flat on the top. He wore plain dark uniform with five or six shiny buttons. He was maybe 55 years old.

He had kind eyes and a sad slight smile. Brief flash then gone. He was not scary or threatening just odd. I'd love to know who he was and why he visited us.

It was a normal day, my friend and I were playing on my computer I turned around and saw a man behind her he was dressed in a 19th or 20th century suit and had a hat on like an out fit that was sold as one peace.
