I used to live on Imlay City Road in Avoca Michigan, but then me and my family got kicked out in late 2014. In 2015 in summer time me and my little sister (she has talked to ghosts before) went back to the house. We found a way in (no one lives there.) We went through all of the rooms. We moved there when I was 8, and we had never went into the cellar, so we decided to go in there. As creepy as it sounds, me and my sister went down there with my phone light, and my phone was fully charged. We heard a screaming sound, and then my phone light flickered and turned off. Then we got scared. We went to turn around.
Then at the top of the stairs there was a man . He was dressed in clothes from the 70s, and he told us that he was going to kill us in the woods by pushing us down the hill. Then he said ''that's how my son died, and that's how you will die.'' I'm guessing that his son died when the tree house fell out of the tree and down the hill. That tree house has been down there for over 25 years. When we got out of the house we rode our bikes to the general store, and we checked my phone to see and it was still dead, so we used the store phone to call my parents. We told them about the man, but they didn't believe us.

Easily the most haunted house in the area. Maybe the most haunted in the state. Only wicked people have lived there and only horrific tragedy has occurred there. The whole town knows it.
