I was driving through Bangor a while back and if you know what Bangor looks like there's a little pond with a strange Peninsula with a walkbridge connecting it to a small island. On that bridge I saw a man that seemed to be looking at me as I drove by.
I slowed down thinking maybe he wanted something. As my car came to a stop he faded away and was gone. I got out of the car and ran down to the bridge thinking maybe he had fallen in the water but there

was absolutely no one there and the water was absolutely still.
I have never seen anything like it. What was it? Does anyone know?.
