My only problem with this story is that it goes back well over 40 years. I'm seventy-six, and while I have never personally seen him the first sightings I remember of this young boy go back to my childhood, closer to 70 years ago. Many friends I grew up with have seen him and even one of my uncles. This is not only one of the oldest sightings of something paranormal, but also one that spans generations and sightings are still common today. I've heard

many people guess why he wanders this area, but no one really knows I've heard possibly a house fire to possibly drowning in the lake or stream on Meachem

Road. Like I said though all are only guesses.
I will tell you though the sightings posted here are consistent with the areas that all the sightings I've heard about over the years. If you were to draw a line from the back of the cemetery to the curves and lake on Meachem Road, you would cover 99% of the sightings. This is one ghost story I believe just because of the number of sightings spanning years and years.
